More Homes in Default Than For Sale in US

There are more homes in the United States in default (non-payment of mortgage) than there are homes for sale!  Although real estate sees many local & regional trends, the national numbers of real estate don't lie.  Scottsdale real estate is certainly different than Tampa real estate and the Western part of the US shows different numbers than the East -- however nationally things are a mess overall as more people aren't paying their mortgage than are trying to sell their home...http://bit.ly/dLzArO
