Home values have dropped 9 Trillion dollars in just 4 years! Off the top of my head I have no ideas how many zeros that is but it's a lot! The Arizona real estate market is a mess and they say real estate is local -- but 9 trillion is a national number and it's a big one! According to Zillow 1.7 million of that was in 2010 alone, which suggests that 2011 may not be much better...But could it be worse? http://bit.ly/fG3i38
